lding that is focused on:
- Monthly workshops with small leadership teams of 5 – 12 leaders (subscribed by individuals or the entire ministry leadership team).
- 6 – 12 month commitment to intense personal leadership and team development – individualized, but also encourages collaboration with ministry teammates and other leaders.
- Concurrent ministry project assignments – practical application within the leadership team’s current setting.
- Provisions for one-on-one mentoring & feedback.
