The Apollos Leadership development scope is comprehensive in addressing leadership and professional development needs of all levels of leadership in the local church including Lay Leaders, Ministry Directors, Sr. Ministry Leadership, the Sr. Pastor, as well as leaders in para-church organizations. The ministry team development process is aimed at four levels of potential leadership and existing leadership in the Church:
- Advanced Discipleship & Mentoring – focused on taking maturing believers to the next level of their Christian walk and identifying potential leaders.
- Professional Training & Development – focused on developing competencies required to lead people and manage ministries.
- Team Leadership Development – focused on team and ministry management, building teamwork and self-replicating ministry teams for ministry and lay leaders.
- Senior Leadership Development – focused on enterprise management and distinctive leadership skills for senior leadership.
