The Apollos Ministry Diagnostic (MD) provides a diagnostic framework that is useful in assessing the spiritual climate within a church or para-church ministry and assessing missional effectiveness against pre-established vision, values and strategies. The methods are based upon the premise that spiritual climate and ministry effectiveness can be objectively defined, monitored and improved by people who are yielded to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Survey instruments, interviews, observations and documentation reviews are utilized in meeting these objectives. MD outputs are later incorporated into Apollos Facilitated Self-Assessments (FSA) that engage the church or ministry leadership in establishing ownership of areas of opportunity and in developing strategies and plans for enhancing ministry effectiveness.
