The Apollos PSALMSM (Personal Spiritual Assessment & Leadership Methodology) provides a diagnostic framework that is useful in developing and reproducing leaders.
- The centerpiece of the PSALMSM is a spiritual leadership ‘model’ (SLM) that measures leadership characteristics, competencies and capacities in a consistent and repeatable manner such that progress can be trended and different leaders can be compared or aggregated, e.g. to measure the effectiveness of a church or para-church leadership development process.
- PSALMSM outputs provide feedback to the developing leader, his mentors and his church or ministry leadership and track progress over periods of time. The methodology is integrated with intervention & developmental measures operating within Apollos Leadership Consortia.
