The Missional Readiness Self-Assessment (M
RSA) is a leadership activity aimed at determination of where a church or ministry organization stands on the missional continuum. The MRSA includes prayerful consideration of questions presented in an Apollos survey. The answers support a decision to embark on a transformation process which includes all stakeholders over an extended period. The following Dimensions and approx. 75 – 100 associated attributes or questions are assessed and considered at a series of leadership workshops. The MRSA attributes represent characteristics of highly effective missional churches.
