Howard Levin
Howard was married to his wife Judy in 1974 and has two married daughters.1 Howard’s passion is helping people discover the life changing truths about Jesus Christ and encouraging and equipping leaders in the Church. He is currently involved in full-time ministry with Apollos Leadership. He has several decades of leadership and technical consulting experience. He graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has completed a seminary degree in Ministry Leadership at Capital Bible Seminary. He has served on the Boards of Directors of community service organizations,including Kidz Clubhouse,a faith-based non-profit ministry that serves special needs children and their families and youth sports clubs. He is currently providing leadership and ministry consultation to churches,para-church ministries,church plants,ministry start-ups and faith-based non-profits.
He was a founder of SYNERGY Consulting Services Corporation (founded in 1992). SYNERGY provides organizational &leadership development,technical &business assessment services in the energy sector. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Tenera,L.P. where he was responsible for a staff of over 300 senior-level consultants serving the nuclear electric utility industry. He was previously with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission where he was involved with operating reactors and new plant licensing. In his early career,he held positions with Stone &Webster Engineering Corp. where he was involved in the analysis,design and construction of nuclear power plants.
1 Andrea (Andi) and Scott Mitchell are on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in Orlando and Tamara (Tami) and Daniel Morgan live in northern Virginia. Tami is a nurse practitioner and Dan is a financial advisor.
Judy Levin
Judy’s passion is encouraging and equipping ministry leaders and making in-depth Bible study accessible to all. Judy has been serving with the Community Bible Study (CBS) ministry for over twenty years. She currently serves as an Area Director. In this role,she mentors Teaching Directors and serves as a liaison with the regional and national leadership of CBS. She previously held roles as a Teaching Director and Assistant Teaching Director. In that capacity she prepared and presented weekly lectures on Bible passages and directed a team of thirty leaders who led Bible discussion groups,shepherded adult class members and taught a complete Bible study program for pre-school and home schooled children. As a para-church organization,CBS requires local directors to be responsible for securing facilities,for complying with program guidelines,legal requirements and liabilities,welfare and safety of children and financial responsibilities of the ministry.
Prior to joining CBS,she worked as a supervisor in the clinical microbiology labs at National Institutes of Health in Bethesda,MD and at Cambridge Hospital in Massachusetts.
In addition to her CBS duties,Judy is currently providing leadership and ministry consultation to churches,para-church ministries and church plants through Apollos Leadership.

Pastor Jones serves as the Sr. Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Silver Spring,Maryland. Founded in 1988,Fellowship Baptist Church is a Bible-based ministry that serves the Maryland communities of Wheaton,Rockville,Gaithersburg,and Germantown. He is a bi-vocational pastor and along with his ministry has enjoyed a distinguished career of more than 40 years in radio,television broadcast and cable management and production.
He began his professional broadcasting career in Cincinnati,Ohio at public television station,WCET-TV. Throughout his career he has accumulated numerous television and radio production credits and awards. Presently,he is general manager of UDC Cable Television,a 24-hour adult educational channel operated by the University of the District of Columbia. Pastor Jones served as the general manger for Howard University’s public broadcast station,WHUT-TV/Channel 32 in Washington,D.C. for more than 8 years. His earlier career includes tenures as a director/producer for broadcast station WCPO-TV,Cincinnati,OH,KDKA-TV,Pittsburgh,PA,and executive producer and program manager for television broadcast stations,WTOP-TV,WDVM-TV (now WUSA-TV) in Washington,D.C.,WFSB-TV in Hartford,CT. Prior to his present position Mr. Jones also held the position of general manager of noncommercial FM radio station WDCU-FM in Washington,D.C.,which was also operated by the University of the District of Columbia.
Mr. Jones has served on various prestigious nonprofit boards to include:The Freedom Forum First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University,National Association of Television Program Executives,Foundation of Minority Interest in Media,National Holocaust Museum &Fannie Mae Educational Project,and the Children’s Express Foundation. Pastor is also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Fellowship Baptist Church Educational Foundation,which awards annual scholarships to students for books and computer technology.
Pastor Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biblical studies from the Washington Bible College in Lanham,Maryland and is currently completing work on a Master’s of Arts degree in Ministry Leadership at the Capitol Bible Seminary also in Maryland. Pastor Jones is married,the father of two adult children and grandfather of two.

Paul is the President of Moreover Technologies,Inc. He develops the vision of the company,as well as planning and implementing strategies to complete that vision. He is responsible for operations,marketing and development for the company.

l has more than 30 years of management and business development experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the Internet,media and enterprise software industries. Paul has held executive positions managing high-level client relationships at renowned companies such as AOL and has a wealth of experience in developing and leading highly effective multi-disciplinary teams.
Paul is very active in the Christian community. Leading in and supporting many Christian organizations,including Community Bible Study and the Northern Virginia High Tech Prayer Breakfast.
His background includes positions at such globally recognized companies as Reynolds &Reynolds (formerly Universal Computer Systems),Deloitte Haskins &Sells,Union Carbide as well as a number of startup organizations.
